Payment and Refunds

Payment and Deposits

Payments will be done via paypal, account being ZeydaanWolf@gmail.com.

Payments can be taken in advance, though I would request the full payment once the sketch has been completed and you’re satisfied. (Barring sketch commissions for obvious reasons)

Larger commissions may have a deposit if needs be.

Should you not have a paypal, direct bank transfer may also work. And should you be a local customer, cash at a furmeet can be accepted.

Refunds

For refunds, I will refund the amount for what has not been done at the time the refund is asked for-

For instance, if you have paid for a full shaded, and I have only finished the sketch, then I would pay you the difference in the prices. (Eg, you paid £70, I completed the £20 sketch, I would repay £50)

I will not refund what has been finished- and requests for refunds after pieces have been finished will be rejected.
