Refusals

I reserve the right to refuse any commission, edit or alteration.

Posting

Commissioners have my permission to post their commission on any website for personal use, but must provide a link to my Furaffinity account (Zeydaan), Itaku (Zeydaan / Isabella), Tumblr (Zeydaan / Isabella) or bluesky (@Zeydaan_Rah) and credit me for the artwork.

(N.B. I would prefer NSFW commissions to instead link to my other Furaffinity (Reyn_The_Lucario) or Bluesky (@ZeydaanAD).)

You may not make/mint NFTs of my works, regardless if you commissioned them or not.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES may you use work I have produced in AI Training or sampling, regardless if it is a piece within my public gallery or a piece you have commissioned yourself.

Private Commissions

I can take private commissions but I must be given notice prior to payment that the work is not to be shared online. (Rule 2 above still applies to private work)

Editing

You (the commissioner) do not have permission to edit any art you have received from me, or have another artist alter any of my work. Sketches can be added onto and lineart can be coloured, however.

Upgrading

Please ask if you would like to ink or color a commission! Credit must be given if you repost.

N.B. I cannot upgrade to a painted style for anything above Inked, as painted style often involves an entirely different method to the others.

Usage

Commissioners may use their own commissioned pieces for personal uses only; You cannot profit from this work in any way, eg selling prints of the commissioned work, including using commissioned artwork for advertising or any commercial use.

All of my work, whether commissioned, or for my own use is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.
I retain the right to use the work for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, sales, promotional material, etc.

I will not use work that is not to be published online, however.
